Gets a good sweat going. Breath fresh air as mouth and nose not inside tent. Bought as wanted to make sure I liked and would use a sauna before potentially buying a more permanent structure. Used about 5-6 times and like it so far.

This sauna blanket is so easy to use . It heats up quickly & cools down quickly after use. Easy to wipe clean & I love using it.
It arrived this week & I have already used it 3 times . I love having the versatility of being able to have the benefits of a sauna in my own home.
