Lighter weight material than constructing own from parts from hardware store. Installation simple and easy. Would have preferred an option for middle attachment to be movable for easier stud alignment. All in all exactly what we were looking for

Easy to install. I managed to hit wall studs on both ends. Just had to use the wall anchors for the middle part. No problem installing. Nice and sturdy. Just what I needed for the steps leading down into my gaming den.
