Terrible design that weighs an absolute tonne, probably 3 times the weight of an average mountain bike. Came with missing parts and their CS have been awful at organising a return. It's been sitting in my house for weeks!

Bike was very easy to assemble no parts missing. No parts damaged in shipping. Bike had no scratches in it and welds and paint job is very well done.

This bike is a really nice bike, it did a great job! I don’t see any problems it rides perfectly, very smooth. I love the colors! This is a well made bike and definitely worth the money. I live in Washington State, this is a fun bike to ride around.
