Passed code after install. Works great. Has held up to daily use in a medical office for three days! Does exactly what we need it to do!

I used this product for a homemade metal door I built. I was worried that it may not be strong enough to close the door once fully opened, but to my surprise it worked out just fine.

Took a bit of working out as to how to fit but excellent value for money. If you are no good with tools do not bother as it will be beyond the efforts of a novice carpenter.
