Really keeps the cold out of a sliding door exposed to exterior in winter. Usually would get bad draft on sides and bottom and now no drafts. We keep a thermometer in room and its 1.5-2 degrees warmer with the thermal blanket. Easy to install and plenty of velcro to do that.
