Able to grind my own rice flour for making sourdough bread. I am very happy with this product.

This is my first use and I’m impressed. Turned my dried onions into onion powder in less then 1 minute. The powder is super fine and perfect for seasoning mixes. I did see where people were having leaks of fine powder so I tightened the screws a bit before latching the top down. I had no leaking or felt air flow from the top seal. Hope this helps.
