Been using this for the past month on both wet and dry ingredients and it has been working well so far. Very low noise and quick.

This grinder is very solidly built. Purchased to replace old plastic spice grinded, this is a great grinder that is easy to clean.

On our first use we took dehydrated tomatoes from our garden and used this machine to make a very fine tomato powder that we can now use for artisan Breads and pizza crust. It did very well and there are no visible seeds in the powder. very happy with the results

When milling wheat berries, i found the final flour to be pretty fine- less coarse than cornmeal, but not quite as fine as commercial all purpose flour. Fantastic for my purposes and VERY tasty!
I notice a tiny bit of grit in the final baked product, but nobody else does. Dissolved really well in a white sauce for mac n cheese.
