Works well maintains temperature accurately. Surprised how well this works, it made it quite easy to use a solder paste template with my boards.

Works well. It heats up fairly quick, and stays warm for quite a while. The base its sturdy, and it weighs enough I'm not worried it'll get knocked off a table and fall on someone. For the money, great value, and it's convenient to solder several boards at once.
