I love cooking on my flattop, but every now and then, I have to scrape my griddle clean of the cooked-on beef and cheese.
Back half a lifetime ago when I worked at the golden arches place, we used to have very similar grill scrapers. I'm glad to see something like that is available for the non-restaurant use.
